Marine biology is the study of the environment and the sea creatures of the ocean. More specifically marine biologists focuses on the behavior of aquatic animals and plants while also their connection with the environment and the atmosphere. It encompasses a broad range of studies like biological oceanography, chemistry, ecology, botany, meteorology and others. They observe organisms that have been exposed to pollutants. They make experiment by using sensor technology and they help in the analysis of facts and evidence from biological processes by using a special software program. The most essential skill a marine biology must have are research, observation, problem solving and analytical skills.

Why is it an eco-friendly occupation?

Marine biology is an eco-friendly profession because it protects the wildlife that lives underwater. Marine biologists safeguard and monitor marine species therefore they help with the maintenance of marine sustainability. The experiments they make have as a goal the protection of marine life because humans action have impacted negatively their health and polluted the environment hey live in.
